The Team

Casa Arte Group contracts with designers, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors who share our passion for livable design. 

Daniel Kovachev, Managing Partner of Casa Arte Group, graduated with degrees in Computer Science and Applied Economics. His background is in Programming, Mortgage Lending and Real Estate.

Milena Pamukova, Acquisition Partner, is in charge of strategic decisions in property purchase and sale, and interior design. Her background is in Real Estate and Tourism & Hospitality.

Ada Rose, Senior Architect, is a LEED AP licensed architect with over 20 years of residential and commercial experience
